Shipping Policy

Shipping rates & times depend on the item you have purchased. While many products are often shipped together from the same warehouse, they can occasionally be shipped from different warehouses depending on product availability.

1 - Processing Speeds - when will my product be ready to ship out?

Currently, all apparel products are ready for shipment within 2 - 7 business days, and all non-apparel products are ready within 2 - 5 business days. Speed will depend on availability of your chosen product and how many orders are coming in.

2 - Shipping Speeds - how long will it take to get to me?

Once your order is ready for shipment, you can expect an average shipping time of 4 - 12 business days.

Shipments outside of the USA may take longer, typically up to 14 business days. This will vary depending on the product purchased.

Note that these are estimates only, and delays are always a possibility. You will receive tracking information as it becomes available.

4 - Custom Duties - Do they apply?

Orders placed outside of the United States may incur custom fees if a product is shipped internationally. We do, however, work with shipment warehouses in various countries and whenever possible, your item(s) will be shipped from the warehouse in your country. When this occurs, you will not have to pay any custom fees.
